Rob Harris
Following two decades as a commercial litigator, Rob became General Counsel to OpHedge Investment Services, LLC (subsequently acquired by Citco Fund Services), a multinational hedge fund administrator that serviced hedge funds, asset managers and private equity funds. Thereafter, he served as General Counsel to Clayton Holdings LLC, and then as Deputy General Counsel to Radian Group Inc. (NYSE:RDN), following its acquisition of Clayton. At Clayton/Radian, Rob’s responsibilities encompassed products and services used by financial institutions, investors, GSEs and governmental entities to evaluate, acquire, securitize, service and monitor loans, real estate assets and asset-backed securities, asset management, title, valuation and real estate brokerage. Rob’s longtime service as an arbitrator and mediator includes service on the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial and Employment panels, and its specialty panels for Large Complex Cases, Mergers and Acquisitions and Joint Ventures. He previously served as Chair of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, and he is a recipient of the Honorable Robert C.
