Noah is the former General Counsel and Chief Franchise Officer of MasterCard Worldwide and the former President and Chief Executive Officer of CPR- The Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution. He is the Co-Founder of AcumenADR LLC, and is an independent arbitrator, mediator, executive coach, and dispute prevention and resolution consultant.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals and a board member of the ACR-GNY, the Association for Conflict Resolution, Greater New York Chapter. Noah is the past Chair of the New York State Bar Association, Dispute Resolution Section. He is certified as a mediator by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (“CEDR”) and serves as an arbitrator and mediator on several panels, including CPR, (General Counsel, Financial Services, Employment, Intellectual Property), American Arbitration Association (Complex Commercial and Employment) and FINRA. He is the recipient of a number of awards, including the International Academy of Mediators, Sidney Lezak Award of Excellence and the New York State Bar Association, Chuck Newman Award for contributions to the mediation community.
